# ZevGuard Terms of Service

## 1. About ZevGuard

ZevGuard is an Android security app for antivirus/security checks, Web Shield, app reputation, Scam/Fraud Shield, Install Guard, Behavior Monitor, Family/Business features and AI assistance.

## 2. Acceptance

By using ZevGuard you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

## 3. Beta and limitations

ZevGuard may be distributed as a beta app. Bugs, crashes, incomplete features, false positives or false negatives may occur. ZevGuard reduces risk but does not guarantee total protection, detection of every threat or recovery of every account.

## 4. Permitted use

You may use ZevGuard to protect devices you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use the app for illegal activity, abuse, bypassing systems, unauthorized reverse engineering or offensive real-malware analysis.

## 5. Verdicts and actions

Scores, warnings, suggestions and automated verdicts are decision-support tools. Before removing apps, blocking domains, changing permissions or modifying important settings, read the explanation and confirm the action.

## 6. Vyra AI

Vyra AI may generate explanations and suggestions. Replies may be wrong or incomplete. They are not technical, legal, financial or professional advice.

## 7. Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials. If you believe your account is compromised, use account recovery or contact support.

## 8. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium, Family and Business plans unlock additional features. Price, duration, renewal, trials, discounts and cancellation terms must be shown before purchase.

Purchases through Google Play are managed by your Google Play account. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.

## 9. Discounts and promo codes

A promo code is valid only if entered, verified and shown as active in the app. If the code is not used or the session expires, the discount must not appear as active.

## 10. Donations

Donations support development and are separate from subscriptions. Any donor leaderboard must show public supporter data only with consent.

## 11. Family and Business

Family and Business features must be used only for authorized devices and users. Admins are responsible for inviting authorized people and respecting law, company policy and privacy.

## 12. Suspension or limitation

ZevGuard may limit sensitive cloud features in case of abuse, failed app integrity, suspicious account activity, unauthorized use or security risk.

## 13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZevGuard is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, user decisions or failure to detect a threat.

## 14. Changes

We may update these Terms when the app changes. The updated version should be available in the app.
